Hi, I’m Lisa — the face behind Goddard Fitness.
I started this journey not just to help people get fitter, but to help them feel better in every sense of the word. For me, fitness isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about showing up, building confidence, and celebrating progress, no matter how small.
I’ve trained in Fitness Instructing, Personal Training, Group Training, and Boxercise, but what matters most is how I connect with people. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities — from complete beginners who’ve never stepped foot in a gym, to those returning after injury, stress, or life changes. My goal is always the same: to make you feel strong, capable, and proud of yourself.
I know how intimidating fitness can feel. That’s why I’ve built Goddard Fitness to be a space where you’re not judged — you’re supported. Whether we’re working one-on-one or sweating it out in a group session, I’ll be right there with you, guiding, encouraging, and sometimes laughing through the tough bits.
